Happiness is homemade πŸ˜‡πŸŒΌ

Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are. I say in every library there is a single book that can answer the question that burns like a fire in the mind.

Between the pages of the books I love to be. Books are my happy place.

Have you ever been in the state of no- mind? You are highly alert and aware but not thinking!? Have you ever felt that powerful sense of presence?
Then you must!

When you listen to that voice in your head, listen to it impartially. Do not judge what your hear. By doing so would mean that the same voice has come in again through back door. You’ll soon realize, there is the voice and here “I am” listening to it, watching it. This “I am” realization, this sense of your own presence, is not a thought. This is a new dimension of consciousness that comes in.

All true artists weather they know it or not create from a place of no mind, from inner stillness. The mind then gives form to a creative insight. So I would say, the simple reason why the majority of scientists are not creative is not because they don’t know how to think but because they don’t know how to stop thinking……
When your world move too fast, you lose yourself in the chaos, introduce yourself to each colour of the sunset, reaquaint yourself with the earth beneath your feet. Thank the air that surrounds you with every breath you take. Find yourself in the appreciation of life.

  1. Sure, ‘reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are.’ I am glad books exist, otherwise…

    Beautiful bookmarks. Cool creativity.

  2. I am so full of joy to have found your blog. Absolute silence is the voice of the eternal moment. Absolute stillness is the energy of the eternal moment. Everything that ever has been, is, and will be is in one present reality, and we are all invited to open our hearts to whatever insights (or no insights) may come freely to us from that reality. I have written books all my adult life, but in writing poems more recently I have started to learn how to set aside the desire to be creative, or poignant, or entertaining with my words. Instead, I am learning that the aim of poetry is to be an instrument for what is real at the moment no matter how articulate or aesthetically beautiful. Poetry is expressed in words but the reality is inexpressible. Anyway, I think your point here is well stated, and I wanted to show my appreciation.
