When you listen to that voice in your head, listen to it impartially. Do not judge what your hear. By doing so would mean that the same voice has come in again through back door. You’ll soon realize, there is the voice and here “I am” listening to it, watching it. This “I am” realization, this sense of your own presence, is not a thought. This is a new dimension of consciousness that comes in.

All true artists weather they know it or not create from a place of no mind, from inner stillness. The mind then gives form to a creative insight. So I would say, the simple reason why the majority of scientists are not creative is not because they don’t know how to think but because they don’t know how to stop thinking……
When your world move too fast, you lose yourself in the chaos, introduce yourself to each colour of the sunset, reaquaint yourself with the earth beneath your feet. Thank the air that surrounds you with every breath you take. Find yourself in the appreciation of life.
